PsychPlus needed to stabilize a patient- and provider-facing healthcare app spanning scheduling, payments, telehealth, and patient intake — while continuing to ship new features. The app's crash rate was a significant reliability problem.

What was done: systematic bug fixing and production hardening across the codebase; rebuilt and stabilized appointment scheduling (rescheduling, visit-type handling, specialty filtering); improved payment and insurance workflows including copay/co-insurance handling; implemented and refined HPI/pre-check-in flows with better validation; enhanced telehealth join-call logic and deep-link handling; introduced OTA update pipelines, QA automation, and TypeScript/code-quality cleanup (Sonar).

Cialfo — Scaling an EdTech SaaS Platform

Cialfo needed to deliver new features on aggressive timelines for a college-application tracking platform used by thousands of students and counselors, without sacrificing performance or stability.

What was done: architected high-performance React Native features with a responsive, optimized UI; managed complex application state using Redux Toolkit and Redux Saga; contributed to CI/CD pipelines and App Store release processes; worked closely with product and design to ship under tight deadlines.
