An MVP starts with one customer task
Decide who the customer is, what they need to get done, and how you’ll know the release works. One complete flow is better than a long feature list. We list dependencies, what “done” means, and what’s needed to run the first release.
Fitting into your team
Before we start, we agree on who owns the repo, code review, issue tracking, automated checks and access. Adding people depends on the role and who is actually available. I won’t promise a big bench of developers.
Working across time zones
The US covers several time zones, and daylight saving shifts them. We agree on a fixed overlap window instead of promising a full day together. Written decisions, short screen recordings and a weekly demo let your team review work on their own schedule.
Plan the handover from the start
We document setup, integrations, deployment steps and who supports the app afterwards. The contract covers code ownership, confidentiality, intellectual property and how the engagement ends. Security and data requirements are reviewed with your own team.

Where is the team based?
In Lahore, Pakistan. US projects are fully remote. HTH has no US office or legal entity.
