Project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we use the name, email address, service selection, subject, message, and any optional project context, stage, budget, or desired start you provide to respond and discuss your project. The website sends accepted enquiries to hello@hthdevelopers.com through the hosting provider’s mail service. Your email address is used as the reply address.
The form limits repeated submissions using a hash of your IP address and an attempt timestamp in temporary storage. Hosting and mail providers may also keep technical access and delivery logs. An accepted submission means the mail service accepted it for delivery; it does not guarantee arrival in our inbox.
Browser storage
This website does not store preferences, cookies, or identifiers in your browser. This version of the website does not include a marketing analytics script.
Conversion measurement
This version emits limited interaction events inside your browser for service and work navigation, booking clicks, and enquiry starts, acceptance, or failure. No analytics provider is connected, and these events are not stored or transmitted by the measurement code. Events exclude your name, email address, message, subject, budget, and other free-text fields. Any future analytics integration requires an updated disclosure of its data handling.
External services
Fonts, icons, and animation libraries are served with the website, so viewing a page does not contact a third-party font, icon, or script provider. Booking links open Calendly. Product, app-store, and social links open their respective services, which have their own privacy policies.
Enquiry records
The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Correspondence is handled in the receiving mailbox and any resulting project communication. Hosting and mailbox retention settings depend on those services; this page does not promise a fixed deletion period.
Questions about your information
Email hello@hthdevelopers.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion. We use enquiry correspondence for the project discussion and any resulting engagement; we do not ask you to provide sensitive personal records through this form.
